sorry sir 4 my delayed reply.. sir, on d v.first visit of renal failure patient i explained him the prognosis.. from the past 15 days, he is tkng ayurvedic med. along wth allopathic t/t. his nephrologist hs reduced the dosage of lasix to one tab. a day on every alternate day as there is no pedal  odema..

                  ural BPH 2 bd

                  punarnvarishta 20 ml bd

                 varunadikwath 20 ml bd                                                                                  his B.P. is not normal.. 180/ 100 OR sometimes 160/100

    so 2day i hv  added prabhakar mishran 1 bd to above t/t.  

hw do you find this t/t????                            

 when i should repeat his renal function tests???

SIR I have a query being a learner in my experience.

a female patient primigravida at 7 wks of gestational period.. in USG,, there is a G-sac of 7 wks+5 days wth no fetal pole and no cardiac activity,,

sir,, as we all know in allopathy injectable or intravaginal progestrones are proven for the desired results within next 7-10 days.. sir i just wanna knw hv u ever tried grabhpala ras or so in ayurved in such cases in your practice..
