can you clarify this IMCC ACT 1970

        
The institutionally qualified practitioners of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani Tibb are
eligible to practice respective Systems with modern Scientific medicine
including surgery and Gynecology Obstetrics, Anesthesiology, ENT ophthalmology
etc. based on the training and teaching. Such notification was also notified by
the central Council on 30.10.1996

Dear Dr. Davinder....To Be truthful, I have joined this forum in search of releif from my own problem. I am suffering from this pecular problem and living with it for more than a two years now. It is related to gynecology. Can you please suggest how and whom to consult for that on this forum.
